NORMAL

Education about eating disorders, self-esteem and body in our communities is highly disappointing. Thankfully, a nonprofit organization, NORMAL, is taking on this very important task. The goals of the program include, empowering youth with education in nutrition, and coping mechanisms while offering wellness programs to learn proper stress management. The CEO and founder of the Binge Eating Disorder Association participated in this film, among many other health professionals, is endorsed by 20 of the most prominent mental health nonprofit organizations and more than 50 researchers in the neurobiology and mental health fields. NORMAL has had a positive impact, and perhaps life changing effect, on more than 67,000 individuals across the world. To see if there is a NORMAL event near you or to read a variety of resources, please check the NORMAL website!
